Prehung or slab doors in bedrooms, bathrooms, closets and hallways. I set them plumb so they swing and latch right, install the hardware, and case them out. If the old opening is out of square, I shim and trim so the new door still closes clean.
Bifolds are the door everyone has trouble with. I install new ones on proper track, adjust them so they fold without catching, and replace broken pivots and guides on existing ones.
French doors to a backyard, a new front door, a side door to the garage. Exterior doors need to be weathertight and secure, so I flash, shim, foam and seal them and install the lockset and deadbolt.
When a standard size won't fit, I build the door. Older homes and mobile homes often have odd openings, and a custom door is cleaner than cutting down a stock one.
