Anaheim is big, and I work across it: west Anaheim near Buena Park, the Colony and downtown, and up into Anaheim Hills. One Anaheim customer compared three companies and wrote that I 'gave us the best price out of the 3.' Another had me patch walls, hang pictures and fix stuck doors in one short-notice visit.
West Anaheim and the Colony have older homes with original doors, plaster and small bathrooms. Anaheim Hills is newer and larger, and the work there is mostly finish quality: floors, paint, trim, bathroom refreshes. I quote both the same way: in writing, one number.

Most Anaheim homes I see still have carpet over the original floor. I pull it, prep the subfloor, lay vinyl plank or laminate, and finish with new baseboard so the room is done in one job.
