Cypress is right next door and I've got more reviews from Cypress than almost anywhere. One customer there wrote that working with me 'felt like I was working with a long friend.' Another had two bedroom walls that didn't reach the ceiling; I closed them up, cleaned up, and she wrote about it.
The homes are mostly 1960s and 1970s tracts that were built well and are now due for floors, paint and trim. Vinyl plank over the old carpet, a repaint, new baseboard and a couple of doors transforms these houses without a full remodel.

Most Cypress homes I see still have carpet over the original floor. I pull it, prep the subfloor, lay vinyl plank or laminate, and finish with new baseboard so the room is done in one job.
